Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on pricing, response time, compliance, and how we work — no sales fog.
Pricing & engagement
How much do your services cost?
It depends on scope, but we keep pricing transparent and flat-rate wherever possible — managed IT is typically billed per user per month, projects are quoted up front, and you'll always see the number in writing before any work starts. No surprise invoices.
How much does a website cost?
Our small-business website packages start at $450/year, which includes hosting, SSL security, and a fast, mobile-first, bilingual-ready site. Larger custom or e-commerce builds are quoted separately, always with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with a free consultation to understand your setup and goals. From there we scope the work, put it in writing, and move at your pace — most managed-IT clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks, with no disruption to daily operations.
Service & response
How fast do you respond?
Urgent issues get same-day response, and most can be resolved remotely within hours. When hands-on work is needed, we schedule on-site visits — usually same-day or next-day across the core Rio Grande Valley.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Rio Grande Valley — McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, and the surrounding South Texas communities — with remote support available anywhere and on-site visits throughout the Valley.
Do you offer bilingual support?
Yes. Every part of our service — support calls, documentation, and website deliverables — is available in both English and Spanish, which matters for the many RGV businesses that work on both sides of the border.
Compliance & security
Can you help with HIPAA, CMMC, and bar-ethics compliance?
Yes. Compliance is the core of what we do. We support HIPAA for healthcare practices, CMMC for defense and government contractors, and bar-ethics / client-confidentiality requirements for law firms — with the documentation and controls auditors expect.
What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix?
Break-fix means you call us when something breaks and pay by the hour. Managed IT is a flat monthly rate that includes proactive monitoring, maintenance, security, and help desk — so problems are prevented or caught early instead of becoming emergencies. For most businesses, managed IT is more predictable and ends up costing less over time.
Do you provide cybersecurity for small businesses?
Yes. We deliver enterprise-grade protection scaled for small businesses: endpoint protection, security assessments, awareness training, and incident response planning — the controls that keep RGV businesses out of the breach headlines.
Working together
Why choose a local provider over a national one?
Local means faster response, in-person availability, and a partner who understands Valley-specific realities — from power fluctuations to cross-border operations. You get a real team that knows your name, not a ticket number in a distant call center.
